Four-session series focused on Transformational Leadership in collaboration with Innovative Designs for Education, facilitated by Tanya Bosco. Sessions include:
10/13/22 Session 1: The 10 Mindset Shifts for Transformational Leadership: Explore and reflect upon how you can embrace mindset-driven thinking to transform the learning environment you lead and support.
11/17/22 Session 2: An Introduction to the 7 Lenses of Instructional Equity: Explore and discuss these 7 lenses: opportunity, access, empowerment, relationships, representation, authenticity, and cultural responsiveness, to promote increased instructional equity.
1/18/23 Session 3: Mastering the Art of Collaboration and Relationship Skills: Seeing multiple sides of a situation, being open to other points of view, maintaining social appropriateness . . . these skills and more are necessary for effective collaboration.
3/8/23 Session 4: Building the SuperSkills of Leadership: Vision, courage, empathy, confidence, systems thinking, integrity, and intuition: Gain tools for self-reflection and action orientation while exploring these SuperSkills that support leaders in inspiring change.
